New service: e-commerce customs clearance
🚀 Bulk customs clearance for e-commerce shipments (B2C and B2B).
The dynamic growth of e-commerce means that handling thousands of parcels entering Poland requires maximum speed and cost efficiency. To eliminate border delays, we are introducing an automated bulk customs clearance service for both B2C and B2B imports. Thanks to our direct integration with the AIS e-Commerce (HUB) system authorised by the Ministry of Finance, we seamlessly process even the highest shipment volumes.
✅ Speed and automation — data is verified and submitted in bulk before the shipment arrives.
✅ IOSS and standard VAT expertise — we tailor the VAT procedure for parcels up to €150 and above to your sales structure.
✅ Rail and road transport — clearance at the customs offices in Biała Podlaska and Małaszewicze.
✅ Logistics infrastructure — in-house temporary storage warehouse, approved place status, and support in Polish and English.
Who is this for: online stores, marketplaces and D2C brands, courier and postal operators, 3PL companies and B2B suppliers stocking warehouses and fulfilment centres.
TSL challenges redefining the market
The current logistics landscape is a tough resilience test. At PDP Logistics, we see how a build-up of market pressures is forcing an immediate shift in business models. What is driving the market today?
📌 Tachographs in vans over 2.5 t — the era of unlimited express deliveries is over. New regulations mean a drastic increase in operating costs and a drop in flexibility for light transport.
📌 Truck shortage — extremely limited availability of new trucks forces operators to run older fleets longer. The supply of available trucks falls heavily short of demand.
📌 Cost pressure — volatile fuel prices, rising road tolls in Europe and growing labour costs are driving freight rates up. The era of cheap transport is officially behind us.
Today’s market does not forgive a lack of flexibility. The key to securing supply chains lies in deep optimisation and working with trusted partners. We keep your cargo moving steadily, no matter how turbulent the market gets. 🤝
New energy in the PDP team — meet Mateusz
They say the perfect freight forwarder needs to love dynamics, think fast on their feet and never lose their cool. We just found someone who adds a great sense of humour and a rap vibe to that list. 🎤
Mateusz Denisiuk has joined the PDP team — a young, ambitious freight forwarder who has proven from day one that the fast-paced world of TSL is his natural habitat.
➡️ In the rhythm of logistics: his big passion is creating rap music.
➡️ A strategist on board: he loves board games, which is a massive plus in freight forwarding — route planning is all about strategy.
➡️ Always ready for action: he trains in martial arts, meaning discipline, determination and fair play are in his DNA.
Young talent is our strength. We believe that combining passion, a fresh perspective and support from experienced colleagues is the recipe for success. Mateusz, welcome on board!
We were at the “On the Wave of Logistics” conference
The “On the Wave of Logistics” conference is behind us. It was a time of intensive experience sharing and hard data. We are proud that PDP Logistics had such a strong voice during this event. 🚢
PDP owners Marcin Daniel Potapczuk and Mariusz Piwoni represented our organisation, taking part in key discussions about the future of the TSL sector.
The panel featuring Marcin was a deep dive into daily operations. Instead of generalities, we tackled what actually burns budgets in TSL:
➡️ Critical bottlenecks — points between loading and unloading where a lack of control generates the greatest losses.
➡️ The trap of paper procedures — the reasons why instructions often fail when facing real-world problems on the road.
➡️ Building operational resilience — how to design systems that not only eliminate errors but effectively safeguard profitability in challenging conditions.
We return with new insights and the satisfaction that we are actively participating in the debate reshaping standards in Polish transport.
Build the future of your fleet with PDP
In the transport industry, we all know that a good freight is only half the battle. The other half is a partner who plays fair, pays on time and understands the challenges carriers face on European routes. 🚛
At PDP, we are not looking for one-off trucks. We are looking for long-term partners for our regular routes: Italy, France, Spain.
✅ Financial liquidity — we guarantee on-time payments. For those who want their cash faster, we offer attractive early payment discounts.
✅ Constant loads — no deadhead miles and no hunting for loads on freight boards.
✅ Dispatch support — our team consists of people who know driver operations and logistics from the inside.
✅ Transparency — clear rules and a partnership-based approach are our standard.
We are building a network of trusted carriers who want to grow alongside us. If you have a fleet operating on EU routes and are looking for a reliable contractor, let’s talk.
Mariusz Piwoni as guest expert at BNI Warsaw
Talent retention and effective leadership are among the most critical challenges in the logistics industry today. PDP co-founder Mariusz Piwoni joined a panel of experts at the BNI+2 Warsaw meeting. 🚀
Panel topic: “Leadership and top talents without turnover. Why the best leave — and how to make them stay and deliver?”
Mariusz shared insights from PDP Logistics on how to build resilient teams that stay committed and consistently hit their goals in the demanding world of transport and logistics.
He was joined on stage by Mariusz Klementowski (AmerPharma) and Mateusz Pisarek (AP Flota), with the session moderated by Dawid Pyszniak.
Negotiation success in the East — lower rates for carriers
Recent weeks were marked by intensive efforts of the Polish Carriers Association regarding semi-trailers held in Belarus. Thanks to the determination of the delegation led by the association’s president, Marcin Daniel Potapczuk, a key agreement was reached. 🚛
The main goal of the visit was to protect the interests of Polish companies after the sudden closure of the border last November. The talks brought concrete savings:
➡️ Lower standstill costs — the daily parking rate for semi-trailers was reduced from €120 to €50.
➡️ Releasing equipment — mechanisms were agreed to make it easier to bring detained trailers back to Poland.
➡️ Dialogue under difficult conditions — even in a complex political situation, substantive arguments from the transport industry can deliver results.
For many carriers, every day of a trailer standing idle generated enormous losses. Effective negotiations cut those costs by more than half and give a real chance of recovering the equipment.
“It was a difficult process, but the financial safety of Polish carriers was the priority. We are glad our arguments were heard,” says Marcin Potapczuk.

✈ knows the specifics of air, land and sea transport,

Gridlock at the Polish–Belarusian border — the transport industry speaks up
For several weeks, the situation at the border crossing with Belarus has been getting harder. Hundreds of trucks stand in queues stretching for kilometres, waiting to enter Poland. Drivers spend up to several days there — without sanitary facilities, without access to food or rest.
Marcin Daniel Potapczuk, as a representative of the Polish Carriers Association from Biała Podlaska, calls for faster clearance procedures, better traffic organisation and support from border services.
Every day of standstill means not only financial losses for companies, but also an enormous effort for drivers who often work in extreme conditions with full dedication.
