Data controller
The controller of your personal data is PDP Logistics Sp. z o.o., ul. Budowlana 18, 21-500 Biała Podlaska, Poland, VAT ID 5372616131, REGON 060839670, KRS 0001028289.
For matters concerning personal data, please contact office@pdplogistics.eu or call +48 83 352 22 22.
What data we collect and why
Through the contact form we collect: company name, contact person, e-mail address, type of inquiry and the message itself. This data is used solely to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer.
During anti-spam verification the sender's IP address is processed. This serves only to protect the form against automated submissions.
Providing the data is voluntary but necessary for us to reply.
Legal basis
We process the data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence and protecting the site against abuse).
Who processes the data on our behalf
We use processors bound by data processing agreements:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, abuse protection and visit statistics;
- Sendinblue SAS (Brevo), France — delivery of e-mails sent from the form;
- Google Ireland Limited — company e-mail, the location map and Google Analytics statistics (only after consent is given)
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Google Analytics statistics are collected only after you consent. The European controller is Google Ireland Limited; data may also be processed outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Messages from the form are delivered by a provider established in the European Union, and website traffic is handled in European data centres.
Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States. Cooperation is based on a data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep the data
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and thereafter for the period of limitation of possible claims. We delete data earlier if you raise a valid objection.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing;
- data portability;
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
To exercise these rights, write to "+'office'+'@'+'pdplogistics.eu'+".
Cookies and statistics
The website uses no marketing or advertising cookies. We use three kinds of files, only one of which requires your consent:
- A technical cookie — holds your screen resolution so that images display correctly. Necessary for the site to work; no consent required.
- A record of your consent decision — kept in your browser so that we do not ask again on every visit. Necessary; no consent required.
- Google Analytics cookies (
_ga,_ga_GHEDQ4FD5K, valid for up to 24 months) — used to count visits and see which pages are useful. They are stored only after you give consent.
Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode. Until you click “Accept” in the banner, no analytics cookie is stored. We use the statistics in aggregate only — we do not combine them with data from the contact form, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not pass the data on for marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Regardless of consent, we keep cookieless visit statistics that build no profiles and do not track users across websites. Fonts are served from our own server rather than from third-party services. A Google map is embedded on the contact page — displaying it involves a connection to Google’s servers, subject to that company’s privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the website or the law changes. The current version is always available at this address.
